The key will be in things like games, which now are generally limited to 4 cores or less. In that case, SB will likely be the better choice but who knows if (or when) games may use more than 4 cores.

At least at VT, old tests were not necessarily an honor violation.
Certain prof's would make it one. "All materials must be returned, else "F"."

Others, sold them under their own name.

Most were between those two extremes.
