Most integrated Netflix players seem to suck, or at least that has been the case traditionally. The Netflix player in my Panasonic blu ray player is awful -- it only shows you your instant queue and nothing else. The Netflix player in my Panasonic TV is quite a bit better (shows you categories, recently watched, etc) but it has its own problems.
 
Indy, should I go sandybridge or wait for BD? I can get a killer deal on a Crosshair V Formula...

I'm waiting for now. My guess right now is that SB has higher IPC but BD's extra cores might more than make up for it in things like video encoding. The key will be in things like games, which now are generally limited to 4 cores or less. In that case, SB will likely be the better choice but who knows if (or when) games may use more than 4 cores.
 
The only reason I am even considering an upgrade is because it is effectively free for me to upgrade in the next few months due to all the Amazon rewards I've racked up. If I actually had to pay, I might hold off until next year.
