I tend to think a great deal about the cats. It occured to me that they move around us pretty much the same way we might around dinosaurs. We would probably never REALLY trust them either.

The gentleman across the street decided to cut down a mature mesquite tree to make room to park more junker cars in his yard. As he fired up the chainsaw, my wife commented that the tree would hit his house. The tree hit his house. Based on the weight of the tree, he probably damaged the roof decking and certainly damaged the membrane. As it started raining ninety seconds later, I guess he'll find out. :p
