I went to two stores today and neither place had any low moisture whole milk mozzarella. I guess I need to check south Arlington, tomorrow. Normally, the market carries it. I do have enough for today's pizza, though.

Apparently, he has to post a bond for the full amount. Then the appeal can proceed. If it's anything like bail bonds, he can put up say 10% then pledge something as collateral for the full amount.

That's the other thing he always seems to find ways around it.

Would be nice if it worked that way for us when we have to pay a fine for something.
It was 5M. Donnie two bits appealed and it turned into 83M. I hope he appeals again and the damage goes up to 1.3B

Made a Hawaiian pizza tonight. A little disappointed. Put too much tomato sauce on it. The crust was good. I was experimenting with the time and the broiler. I went light on the pineapple because of all of it's moisture. Not my favorite pizza, but every couple of years. I need to work on it.

Pineapple on top of ham so the moisture stays with ham. Bacon everywhere else.

One of the cats just took a massive dump, two big logs like at least 1" thick and about 4 inches long. Didn't even bother to bury it, he must have been proud of that one. I went to take care of it and have the air scrubber running at full tilt now lol. Piew!

Getting tired of sucky weather in NH. 2-3 fronts coming in per week, lots of clouds (as if it wasn't dark enough in the winter). I don't usually have the winter 'blues' till about a month from now.

Hand-sliced pepperoni, Italian sausage, my own tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, parmesan, low moisture whole milk mozzarella, provolone. It was so yummy. Had a bud over and he was giving a lot of praise. I know it's good. I'm picky about my cooking. I want it to be yummy, too.

Finally got back to working on the basement, have not touched it since before Christmas. Had to fix a stud that was not quite lining up at the 4' mark for the drywall to line up, and while I'm there I'll add another network drop, since there are none on that wall. Spent a good 3 hours just moving all the stuff in front of that area and cleaning up. Got the extra stud in so I have a proper place to end the drywall and installed the wiring box for the network jack. Beer break now. :p

I'm probably going to do the network drop then fix up the vapour barrier and call it a day, at least it's fully ready for drywall on that side now. Then use up the last remaining sheets on the server room, should have enough to at least do the inside. After that, heat shields on wood stove.

i was going to do the wood stove chimney but figured I may as well wait until the inside stuff is 100% done first. The way this winter is going I might get more nice days anyway.
