Went to my off grid property to show one of my friends who has not seen it yet. We actually found a trail inside with what looks like mining claims. I need to double check the rules on that but don't think they can just randomly start mining. I don't have mineral rights so they can stake it. Was pretty neat to find that trail though. I actually do want to build a bunch of hiking trails over time so probably tie into that.

Accidentally drill through the transcanada pipeline. "woah just found a methane well!" Pretty sure you get launched to the moon if you do that. 😱

Found some rocks with quartz though, which usually means gold. I actually should look into how I buy mineral rights, it would be cool to own those too as I potentially could make money off minerals depending what I find.
