Yeah I don't think I would ever give up having a DSLR, I still like the ability to have different lenses, and I think MP for MP, DSLRs will always still produce higher quality pictures. At some point I want to splurge and get myself a newer one.

Been a while since I bought a new lens actually... A nice macro lens would be fun actually. I have attachments for that including one that can mount a lens backwards, but a dedicated macro lens will probably produce way better results.

I have to say the Meike 85mm f/1.8 AF is a very good lens for the price.

The sensors seem to be decently sensitive though, the whole row above me probably won't turn off.

Damn one of my childhood friends died. Have not spoke with him in easily 10+ years. We were not like SUPER close but we did hang out a lot and I used to go to this house often enough since he was on the way to my house so I would often stop there after school and call my mom to say I'm at his house.

I think it's drugs, but I'm not 100% sure. People in my city have been dropping like flies from opoids. At least once a night there is an OD related death. Lots of perp and fentanyl on the streets. There's actually two FB groups trying to fight it. For some reason the city and the police are not doing anything and people are getting fed up.
