This was last week here. Situation is slowly improving. It's a good thing I keep a supply of my goods. It could have been worse for me. I was not out of toilet paper. Still have a 16pack of quad rolls. I almost ran out of facial tissue when I got a sinus infection. Tree pollen has been super high here lately for both oak and maple.

View of Mt Etna from Sigonella Naval Air Station at sunset in 1992. Interesting thing. That is not looking through some glass. That is steam coming out of the ground. Old military base had steam used for all their heat. Was like that at Norfolk Naval Station back in that time frame, as well. In Norfolk Naval Station they had large insulated pipes running above ground.

Where is that before shot? Might as well start with today. Before you do the upgrade.

Going to be doing that tomorrow, on 12h shifts. But yeah it's coming. ;) Hoping my monitor arms come in soon but they did not leave warehouse yet so I will setup everything anyway without them. Bringing my work PC home today too as I'll be working from home for next little while before I go on 12s again.

It's seems like they all have 'em. Little Creek does too. I've never been on Oceana.
A number of Army bases do as well. I'm pretty sure I saw some on Ft. Eustis.
I've only ever been on two AFB. Bolling being the only one in this century. I don't recall any there. But, it has a whole 'nuther level of ugliness gonig on there.

I believe they are slowly modernizing the bases. Things change and it's been a long time since I was in (by now).
