Does red hair turn white quicker?

Not sure, but I do know that it does not go gray, or so I read. It will probably be more likely to go blonde and then white. I do find my hair is lighter than it used to be. I think it might be starting to recede a little too though. :/ I kinda hope it's just my imagination, I never really kept track. Took a pic of my hair line the other day, figure in a year from now I can compare and see.

'kay. I'm trying to develop a theory. My hair is dark brown. Theory is, the chin hairs that got burned permanently orange from my usage of Oxy10 cream, as a teen, are the first to go white.

Hmmm yeah use of products may possibly affect hair long term but not really sure. I use betaderm on my hair line since I have psoriasis, so I do wonder if that might actually start to affect my hair growth over time. I don't use it too aggressively though. I have hair growing even in the area that has psoriasis so I don't know if it actually does affect it at all. I used to use acne cream (same ingredient as Oxy10) on my face when I was younger as well.
