I'm trying to decide if I should walk down to the mailbox to see if the mail came or just keep checking tracking to see when the status changes to "delivered". As of now, I'm too lazy to do either one.

I'd kinda love to start using SSDs for mass storage as they would be really fast, but I hate the fact that they die based on wear. I push quite a lot of I/O because I have lot of VMs and raw data and it gets backed up often. I don't want to have to worry about how much writes I do.

Yea, that would worry me also. It's hard to beat the cost/gb of spinners. Disk io probably isn't a huge deal on home(even your home :^P) servers.

We watched some GoT the last time they had a free HBO weekend - maybe the first season +
... maybe 2/3 years ago ...

I switched to AT&T for my wireless provider and they throw in HBO for free. Still haven't signed up for it. I just download anything I want to watch in HD anyways. Got all the GOT eps. Fun show.
