That's what the air compressor is for.

Working on a PC that's probably never been cleaned so will blow it out after. Normally don't want to do that in the house but I don't really want to use the compressor in the cold.

I believe that sid was referring to your earlier comments. Put the compressor inside and use the hose to blow out the computer outside with the extra long air hose.
