I am casting local content, you can cast youtube to it too if you wish, same with netflix

I understand it uses internal dns setting pointing to google dns, so you don't get to pretend you are in the US.

If it had prime video i would in an instant, but I think amazon is reserving that for their own upcoming streaming device.

Speaking of watching TV, I recently heard about Redbox on Reddit. Basically it's a vending machine to rent movies.

I noticed we're actually going to get one here, the machine is outside at the grocery store and it says "Coming soon". I might actually give that a try once it's live, if it's not too expensive. It's funny how movie rental places are all gone now and then this pops up and has me intrigued. :p TBH I kinda miss going out to rent a movie, but the availability of torrents simply made it pointless to burn gas to go somewhere when you can get it from home.

Redbox has been near me for some time now. Mostly in Walmarts but I have seen them in other places. Bluray I think is 2.50 a night.

You live impressively in the sticks if you are finally getting a Redbox. Granted, it might be a US-Canada issue, but in my very rural area, we've had Redbox for many years already. Of course, I've never used it.
