I used it for all of 2 minutes, but IIRC its' sig was customizable. You can increase it's douchey-ness.

It doesn't help that I'm sitting in front to get a hardwire connection, then customer just stares at me like a moron until I come open the door.

Too bad I didn't resolve his issues on the spot though. Could have pocketed entire profit for working outside of normal hours.
Also was clearly a stolen laptop, like every other time people come in requesting pwd change.
Some customers have been a lot more smooth about it than this guy though.
