A ticketing system would be nice around here. Boss refuses to use it.
We've tried to use a planner. It collects more dust than ink.
He insisted on getting an erasable board thing. Have had notes up there for a week now & hasn't been done.
He relies on others' verbal reminders to get anything done.

I hope my license doesn't get suspended so I can start looking for a better job elsewhere come end of the month.
