I learned a lot of db stuff from my last internship. Too bad it was all MS SQL server :\ and silverlight

I really want some exposure in oracle and sap
I can't figure out if looking for another internship is actually worth it...

mssql is not really all that different from other sql. you got some differences in the function names, but other than that, mostly the same.

I had 2 large glasses of Black Swan Robust Porter tonight and it didn't even faze me. That was kind of surprising.

I should tap into some of my father's contacts to find some work. Just for a couple of weeks. A consulting company. That would be amazing.

Plus those guys wear suits all the time

everything works as long as you are within sp envelop. try talking to something else, ha.

Nah, SP 2010 makes the talking to something else much easier than 2007 did. I'm sure the next version will be even better. I talked to a consultant last week and he told me that he thinks SP 2010 will be it until 2015. I really expected MS to have another release in 2013 or so, which means I'm probably going to get stuck moving our internet site to SP from Websphere.

I don't think I've ever seen an IT consultant wear a suit. The business guys he works with? Sure.
