ATOT Officefolk: Anyone use shirt stays?

I'm about to order some on Amazon. My oxfords are constantly coming untucked from my pants or doing that stupid mushroom thing. I think it looks terrible, and hoping this is the solution.

Anyone have any experience with them? Are they uncomfortable? Will they work themselve loose if I stand up and sit down a lot?
