Dang, I want in bad, but I'm scared I'll get wailed on or forget to play a game and let the rest of the league down.

Have you tried an online league yet? How does the game scheduling work?
Also, do we just pick our team and go? Or is there provisions for a fantasy draft or anything?

When during the week? What time? How many times a week? Fantasy draft or pick a team? etc.

Thanks. I'd like to play but probably Sunday nights would be the only night that I could almost guarantee I'd be free on a regular basis.

The deal with the leagues is really cool, you have a full week to schedule a game yourself between your opposition of that week.

i can play, but I haven't received my xbox live starter kit yet.

and oh yeah, off topic, but does NCAA allow for leagues on-line?

Did you look at the card that should be right in front of the instruction book inside of your game case? Mine had a free 2 month trial card... did yours not?

the game didn't come with one?
i'm sure people around here have tons lying around that they can't use, cuz it's one per credit card.

Ya, you can just buy a microsoft mic or even one of the third party ones(i think those come with the piece that plugs into the controller too).
In the meantime, you don't really NEED a headset. It's nice to have, but I'd almost rather not hear people sometimes. At least for this league you could get by without one.

Oh, ok. I thought you had to have the microphone for it to even work. Thanks for the info.

Now I just need to fix my Xbox so that it works when I switch the modchip off (its currently giving me some goofy error message, but I'll take care of that)

When you go to join the league, you can press Black and it'll let you search by name. just put in atot and it'll find it.

Ok, my game didn't come with the free 2 month trial for Xbox live. I instead got a card for the ESPN Game Squad challenge.

If someone wants to PM me a Live trial code, I'd appreciate it.
