This game was released in the mid 90s for the PC.
I remember it was a point and click adventure type game, sort of like the old Sierra games.
I believe there was a 13 in the title.
I think it was about some kind of detective or investigative group but the twist was that the members were supernatural or paranormal. Like one was a vampire, one was a witch, one might have been an alien in a robot suit - there was probably 5 or 6 characters total and you had to select 2 or 3 at a time to play as. they each had different skills to use also.
