I've lost 20 lbs since August just from cycling. I've ridden 1300 miles since the end of August and haven't really changed much about my eating habits.

I was a bit overweight before. I'd just like to lose another 10lbs and I'd be at my ideal weight.

I've lost 15 pounds in 2 months. Not a lot, but only 5-10 more to go since I wasn't too much overweight to start with.

I've lost about 20 pounds since Jan. 1

I've stopped eating fast food except on Friday and Exercise 2-3 times a week.

Originally I was walking 1.5 miles then I walked a little less than double that...

After a while, I was feeling it was to easy so I ramped up a little, now I'm jog/walking 4+ miles and using a wight machine for upper body, (my chest is pathetic, I'd like to lose my fleshy man-boobs).

Was 240 at christmas, currently 220 want to hit 200 (or maybe 185 🙂)

try eating less rice and more meat. Also, asians tend to save the heaviest meal for the end, so I suggest ramping up breakfast and lunch, and going easy on dinner.

went from 165-135 (yes, i know, waaay too skinny) on 5'9'' over two months last summer, mission team to China, ran two miles every morning.

brown rice. More fiber.

Vegetables and lean meats are a good meal. a large portion of Chicken stir fried with vegetables and 1/3 of the rice you normally eat and brown will serve you better.

White rice is like white bread...
