My uncle was diagnosed with Class A Type C Hepatitis.

My mother is worried sick, and has no idea what Type C Hepatitis is like.

I would like to find some information online that she could read. I am currently doing searches, but not being a medical person, I am unfamiliar with good online medical resources.

If anyone could give me some links, that would be great.

And, for the record, my mother is an experienced nurse. There is no need to "dumb down" the information.

I think they mean "Hepatitis C" - if you search for that, you'll get more than enough information.

The "Childs-Pugh class" is a measure of how much cirrhosis (scarring) of the liver there is - "Class A" is the lowest (best) possible score.
