Anyone have any ideas as to why? I can browse fine in any other browser but IE locks up when I try to go to the Anandtech Forums.

Any ideas?

Win 2K/XP? Log in under Administrator & rename your profile directory (C:\Documents & Settings\LordJezo\) to something else.

Restart, login again under your regular login.

Odds are it will work fine.

You sure its locked? I had a similar problem, when rather then being locked it was just loading REALLY slow. It looked locked, but if I wandered off and came back 5 minutes later it had loaded.

Well the Window goes into the not responding mode and Windows asks me if I want to force close it.

As for renaming my profile thing.. can't do that as it's a network administered PC.

Odd that it works in every other browser though..

Does it do that automatically, or are you trying to close it or move it? Mine did that too but only if I tried to move, close or resize the window. If I opened IE, typed anandtech hit enter and walked off 5 minutes later it would be loaded
