Gee, aren't the Muslims attacking the entire west's right to freedom of speech?

See how you are??

Heh, what are u smoking? Most of the Muslim world don't even know what the heck freedom of speech is. How do they attack something they don't know.

All they know is someone insulted them big time and they react to it. So just keep on exercising your "freedom of speech" and keep on insulting the entire Muslim community. We'll just have to see who turn out to be the winner in this pissing contest.....by the way, there are people outside of the West and Muslim, and when you guys are done with your pissing contest, both of you can turn out to be the loser. :)

Your the one doing all the pisssing here. Like I said, move to the ME or maybe China and see how long you last.

You are taking advantage of the very freedom I'm arguing to defend. It has to be that way to keep the West from becoming like the ME. too bad you can't see that.

rchiu, you might be Chinese, and you might think you can teach Americans about the world, and their own legal system, like you did elsewhere, but your arguments simply don't cut mustard with me, ok? I am not politically naive, nor am I ignorant in matters of international politics and global economy. So stop being condescending towards everyone else who thinks different from you.

It's clear that a vast majority of AT believes the cartoons are a question of free speech - it's clear you don't support the majority's idea of free speech. Duly noted. But please don't make me bring into discussion the policy of your country of origin in this matter - it's out of the scope of this thread. You've made your point in showing you think us Westerners are insensitive jerks in believing *gasp!* we can do whatever we want in our OWN countries, in our OWN newspapers... may I remind you again that it wasn't the Danes who exported these caricatures, it was Muslim leaders who saw fit to do so, in order to propel their agenda of hatred and intolerance towards the West. I'll say again - I have Muslim acquaintances, and my family has excellent Muslim friends, but those people happen to be secular humanists, not religious fanatics like the bastards who are burning European flags.

I see you are hoping the West and the Middle East will destroy each other, so your people can take over the world (again, you said so yourself, elsewhere)... Until that happens, we stand by our ideals, which - for better or worse - have brought human civilisation to a peak which has never been attained before, regardless of our Greek-Roman-Judeo-Christian shortcomings. And if we die for them, so be it. But we will not bow to Islamofascists...

I dont even see why you bother. The guy has the mind of a drone, and he doesn't know how to shut up.

Nevermind he thinks that Muslims can dictate what goes on in other countries. What a load of crock.
