something wrong with your style paths perhaps. Either the permissions are changed or the relative path is gone.

why is it defaulting to a different codepage though? if you look at the info when you try to pull up the first page, it will tell you its utf8 as well. manually changing the code page to western iso allows you to see the dots. somehow this was changed over the weekend.

nope. over the weekend, my site had a bunch of question marks show up all over it. i think my provider may have made some configuration changes over the weekend. they deny it. im trying to prove otherwise.

i finally proved it to them, i put the page on another provider and it worked.
