ATOT I am sorry to do this but there is something I need to say

Breaking the left side of your foot and three toes hurts a lot bloody fvcking more than breaking your hand does. I just figured out this gem of wisdom not 20 minutes ago. Why are the bottom of doors not made from damn pillows?

Details, my man...we need details.
Yes, don't bother with calling 911 or anything, forgot the trip to the hospital, we need the damm details! 😀
Hey...he's the one who posted about it first!

Don't call 911, we are busy.😀

Hope you are OK, go get it looked at. RICE= Rest Ice Compression Elevation

I tried to run and answer the phone but instead I imploded my left foot on the side of a door at full running strength. I would go the emergency room but I refuse to pay the insanse amount even after my insurance. I will tought it out tonight and go to my regular doc tommorrow. Besides the ER would just say take some Ibuprofen 800's and drink water. At least my doc know me enough to know that I never BS about pain. More than likely he will give me something that I can sleep well with.

Dammit.

Not breaking your hand or foot feels alot better than breaking either. 😉

Just putting out this Gem of wisdom so my fellow AT'ers don't go out and start breaking appendages to find out if he?s right. 😀

Damn, that sounds very painful, hopefully nothing is broken.

Are your foot and toes swelled up pretty good?

Actually, my insurance pays more for accidents and ER visits than for regular doctor's visits. You may want to check and make sure, even though the ER costs more most insurances companies pay 100% for ER visits.

Hope you feel better.

Hmm...your entire ER staff must be smoking crack or something. The one I worked at would have you seen, in a cast, and on pain killers within three hours or so.

Then again, if you want to risk waiting till morning and take your chances with permanent tissue damage and the like it's your choice. Might wanna take three advil instead of two, though.

A friend who has broken his ankles numerous times as well as his toes looked at my foot and said that ain't right we are taking you to the hospital.

See you guys in a few hours.

🙁
