Umm. I read only the highlights in CPF Underground, and it still took me several hours to figure out. Don't have time right now to write anything up.
 
Peter announced that his company was going out of business last September. The banks siezed all assets and the operation no longer exists.

That is the public story and I believe it is true.
He also said MAG was sueing him.
There is also something else going on that folks are elding to, but no one is saying.
