20 years ago, my Grandparents put money into a trust for me to become active this year. I will receive some money over the next period of years, but I want to leverage that as I need to do some repairs on my car and do some home improvement projects now... Is there some company out there that could help me out with this?

I have a structured settlement and I need cash now...

option #1 be to wait until funds become available, then spend it
option #2 get a loan using those funds as collateral, then spend it
option #3 get a loan using anything else you have as collateral, plan to pay back with funds in future

i suppose one could go the home equity loan road to finance the stuff you want, and then payoff with trust funds. at least might get a tax deduction this way.
