I'm high on CJ Spiller and Jamaal Charles. There are so many good QBs for fantasy purposes that I'd rather wait to take someone like Russell Wilson, Eli Manning, Tony Romo, RGIII, or a host of other QBs in later rounds, and grab a top-tier RB in the first two rounds (David Wilson is someone I would want as RB2) or even Calvin Johnson late 1st/early 2nd.

RB #1. Your next 2 picks will be close-ish together, so I personally would target another RB and then a QB (if Brees / Rodgers / Peyton) are there. I wouldn't go WR there unless a top-tier WR is available, which I doubt there will be.

You said 12 team PPR, what do the rosters look like?

I'd take his backup Bernard Pierce, too, in the relatively unlikely event Rice gets injured. Ray Rice has been as healthy the past few seasons as any running back can be.
