(I posted this a few weeks ago, jumped the gun a little bit, got the timing right now)

Yes, this is a thread hoping for votes. A friend of mine made a short movie, for the annual "Project : Direct" competition held by Youtube. Of all the movies entered, 10 were selected by the judges to compete for the final spot, and she made it in. Now it?s up to the public to decide the winner (who will get a trip to Sundance among other things). As for the movie - she wrote it, directed it, and produced it. Found the actors, got permission to use the location, and if I remember correctly even got a local Chipotle to donate some of their tasty burritos to help feed the crew. Basically did everything from start to finish herself, while still being in school. I think she has real talent, if you agree, please vote accordingly. And, feel free to compare it to the other entries, I think you'll find that this one really does deserve a thumbs up.
If you have a few minutes, check it out. Here's what you do:
Head over to the Projectirect site here: http://www.youtube.com/projectdirect
(*You must be logged into Youtube, or do so now if you have an account, since you must be logged in to be able to vote*)
Click on the "Vote" tab
Find her movie, it's "Mirror, Mirror On The Wall" (you may have to hit the left or right arrows to find it, there's only 10 movies total and it just loops through them, so it should be easy to find)
Watch it and hopefully enjoy
If so, give it a thumbs up
Very appreciated, thanks!
