Sorry, we are still in college, we are lucky we can afford to drive the cars that we have.

He only has 10k miles on that thing and keeps it very good condition.

And thanks for your vote!

College?! Well there's your problem...
I had a great car by 18 because I didn't waste my time/money/effort on worthless school and I retired before 30.

Seriously, whats a BA degree get you nowadays...a $10/hr secretary position.
Go start an apprenticeship somewhere doing a "crap" job that starts at $10-13 and after 4-6 years you'll be a "crappy" electrician or plumber or whatnot making $60-100K.
Go do some mining or logging or something for a few years...

So what if all the college grads think your job sucks, you can laugh at them making $30-50k with $100+K debt.

And get a better car, sheesh. You could get 300hp with 30+ MPG 16 years ago. Couple grand gets you a better car than that Mustang. Later in life you can go get a real one.
Actually I'll admit some of the new models aren't terrible...they did a fair job "modernizing" them, much better than those 90s versions. UGH.

Maybe not all of us want to become plumbers. He is going into Medical school for dentistry and I'm going into Engineering. I also drive a nice car, S2000. What do you drive now?

And what car had 300hp and 30+ MPG 16 years ago? I'm dieing to know.

They look like Cobra wheels.

Or possibly Eagle 077's, I wanted those on my old Firebird.

Cobra! I'm sure that's it. I couldn't recall the name, but they were very popular back then. I bet they still cost a good penny.

So do the owners pull out a random old forgotten account every so often just to troll it up? Seems like a pattern.

The only justification for baiting like this I can come up with is page views.

I think those were a stock option. I've seen them on a few Rustangs back in the day.

if they were a stock option, someone at ford was a moron. they look like tacky aftermarket wheels.

there are few cars that pull off chrome wheels properly IMO. this is not one of them..sorry OP.

Pour some diesel fuel on those tires, do burnout, light em up and that'll get you some votes :D
