Latest/Final Update: Still Remains finally announced today (in a bulletin) that I won the contest. I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm extremely thankful for all of your help and support!

OLD:
I entered a video for Still Remain's music video contest (for the song "wax walls of an empty room).

Basically, to win, I need to have the most views out of all the entered videos.

Please help me win this! I'm sorry if you don't like the video, or if it's lame/emo/etc...just help me get the views! (If possible, help spread it to others)

I do hope it's enjoyable, though.

(I'm not sure what counts as a "view", but if you're able to get multiples in, that would be great!)

UPDATE: Sorry to bug everyone again, but the contest was extended for TEN extra days...I don't know why, so I'm still looking for a LOT of views. If it had not been extended, I would have won...but I still have a good chance if everything keeps going strong.

HELP: My main competitor MAGICALLY got 2000+ views...last night he had 4500, now he has 6600! WTF? I smell cheating!

Update: I'm catching up to the guy you magically surpassed me in views. I went in to a "panic" mode, so everyone I know, and myself, is/are watching it...a lot. I still need help though!

Perhaps he didn't cheat...they do get a lot of visitors, and they probably all watched the first posted video. It's still odd.

LAST DAY: The contest is over the 17th, so I imagine it will end tonight at midnight (ET). Everyone should go get a whole bunch of views for me!

Currently I'm in 1st place again. With a lot of help, I should be able to win!

Bump, before I go to work. Anyone want to help keep this post bumped up for me?

Question: How long does it take for the views to update on youtube? Also, does it register someone watching it multiple times?

I've been stuck at 333 views for a while now. I guess it hasn't updated.

It updated, finally. It says 910 for me currently. I logged on to my profile, and it says I have over 1000 (1400 something).

I think people are just refreshing the browsers a lot...

Anyways, I still have until the 5th or 6th, I think...so I'm trying to keep this post up.

Wait, I'm not trying to just keep bumping this by posting this (it's still on the first page currently)...is this thread considered advertising/spamming in any way? My thread on the Playstation off topic forum got locked due to that, and I really wouldn't want that to happen here.

Ha, just an ipod video with the top 3 contest videos on it. My video would also go up on their myspace. 2nd and 3rd place get some prize pack and their videos up on the band's youtube page, along with the 1st place video. Nothing amazing, but I think it would be really cool to win, as they're one of my favorite bands.

Thanks again, everyone, for helping me so far! I really do appreciate it.

It was a standard compact digital camera...Canon SD630, I think.

I know that much...they don't use electronic drums, though.

Some good news: Roadrunner records (Still Remains' record label) recently commented on the video with "Love it!" and then put it up on the front page of their Youtube page (video log) and favorites. It's not permanent, but I was the only video to be put up there. And no, it does not mean I won. The contest still goes for a few days.

Um, I think it officially ends on the 6th (it goes all through the 5th until midnight...but that's just a guess). Thanks, though, for helping!
