I don't see where to actually enter a vote. I see thumbnail videos, and below that the list of bands and the % of votes each one has, what am I missing?

Yeah, the website is pretty buggy. Try refreshing, it should give you a place to vote, then show the percentages.

I voted for splintered throne, sorry but I'd laugh thinking about them getting up in front of a crowd of REO speedwagon fans. No one would be saying boo-urns.
