have a job interview on saturday and i'm gonna have to take it out, but i don't have a clear retainer. (where do you get those by the way?)

i've had mine for about a year, so if i take it out for half a day, will it close up? what's the longest you can leave it out?
 
If you've had it pierced for about a year and it hasn't given you any problems, then you should be just fine leaving it out on Saturday.

If you're worried about it, you can get those clear retainers at any of those teeny-bopper jewelry places in your local mall.
