So I don't know how it happened, and I thought if I ignore it, it will go away. But this is becoming bothersome, and I need some help.

And what better place to get advice than this forum full of wisdom and knowledge.

(See, that's how you click-bate)

Anyways, I have this cramp on my left shoulder that when I turn my head to the right, it hurts a wee bit. I tried stretching, but it didn't help. Fapping did nothing, either. Before you asked, yes I even switched hands.

So, what can I do to get rid of this potentially deadly affliction? It doesn't hurt when I pee, so I'm certain that it's not AIDS or lupus.

I can try not turning my head to the right, but then I'd have to do a big left turn all the time. Help!

Sounds like a pinched nerve maybe?

Death is sure to quickly follow.

But congrats on the speed shifting ability. I gave up on that dream years ago.

Rub some dirt on it. On the shoulder. Not your dick. Well, you could rub some dirt on your dick, too, while you are at it. I mean, you've already got the dirt right there, so why not?

Shoulder herpes. The silent killer. A lot of people don't know this, but shoulder herpes killed JFK.

cancer.

or just muscle soreness, cramped muscle, or pinched nerve.

but seriously, it could be cancer. You'd be surprised (maybe terrified?) if you knew how often stupid little "sore muscle" complaints that persist for weeks to months turn out to be cancer.

so, if stretching, massage, simple remedies do nothing, and it persists for a long period of time, go get it the fuck checked out.

it was the bullet that carried the herpes from his shoulder to his brain.

it was a magic bullet, after all.

Whew I thought someone would beat me to calling dibs on his stuff.

Dibs on OP's stuff

Go to Canada and get some pain medicine with some muscle relaxants in it

Shoulder herpes invented the whole bullet myth to begin with. It then framed Oswald and gave him toe AIDS to complete the plan.

Your back is a complex series of muscles. You probably have some weak/under used muscles and your upper back is compensating for too long and is over-stressed.

Stretching and lower back exercise will probably alleviate the pain without having to use anti-inflammatory drugs.

But I surfed, for years... Just haven't really done any of it the past 6 months.

Checked it, not cancer. Wheww

Ahhhhhhh, so I used an electro therapy device to zap the shoulder herpes away and am feeling much better.

I'm not going to die after all. Sorry exterous, you're not getting my stuff.

Once a year or so I pinch a nerve in my neck that does similar. That's what it sounds like to me. Is there muscle weakness when you are in the position causing pain?
