Inspired by this thread, and the fact that I currently am posting with half my face numb from getting a filling earlier today, what type of dental work has ATOT had? Fillings, bridges, root canals, etc.

Yes, this thread makes me cringe but considering my current condition, I'm taking you all down with me. ;)

So far, just a few fillings (about 4 iirc) on the molars only. I have unnaturally deep grooves in my teeth that makes them a little more susceptible to trapping food and drinking Coke.

Hopefully the numbness will go away soon. They had to give me extra shots this time around...

Plenty of fillings (I was a lousy brusher as a child, and I have somewhat weak teeth to start with), and I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. That was kinda cool...I got it done in Ecuador for $50 a tooth at a pretty professional place, and I did it awake. What can I say, I just find this sort of stuff interesting. Never had braces.

Your teeth are more susceptible to drinking Coke? Are they also problem gamblers and use coarse language?;)

20 or so fillings
13 teeth extractions, 3 permanent
1 tooth forcibly pulled out of gumline with gold chain (that is the last time I let Mr. T do my dental work)
skin grafts from roof of mouth to fix gumline covering lower front teeth
braces for nearly 5 years
3 broken teeth with caps

I still need to get my wisdom teeth out, which they said I should do at 18 (I'm almost 25, and so far, one is already in and another is coming fast). Haven't had a root canal yet, and while I'll probably end up with dentures, I'm not quite there yet.

I just got done with my last 2 wisdom teeth pulled out today. No soreness, like last time, no need for even tylennol, but I can taste the blood when I burp.

I had 3 root canals, a few fillings. That's it.

Got 3 fillings last month (they werent deep enough but I was in India and it is super cheap there :D ). Also had "chemical burn" (cortization sp?) done on the gum that was coming in between my upper and lower wisdom teeth. Also, had a "build up" of one of my front teeth that was half-broken since I was ~10.

Total Cost:
3 fillings and "chemical burn" on gum: ~$40
Front Teeth Build Up: ~$25
Total: $75 :D

Didnt even feel anything and I was awake the whole time. The Doc only used some gas. There was slight sensation when the Doc was drilling in my teeth to fill the cavities. I did took one pain killer after the "Chemical burn" before the gas effects went off but felt that there was no need.

I asked if I should get the wisdom teeth pulled but Doc said that it wasnt required as they were fine.

Had 3 small fillings done couple years ago. That's it. I've been blessed with good genes when it comes to teeth. I don't floss, drink soda and coffee, and don't brush religiously. I get my teeth cleaned about once every two years even though I've access to free dental care anytime I want because I've a dentist and a dental hygienist in the family.

Had two fillings on Monday and had both of my lower wisdom teeth taken out this morning. My dentist didn't have to numb my mouth at all to do the fillings. My lower wisdom teeth were impacted so they had to knock me out. Got home and slept and now I'm feeling pretty good. Lower lip was numb for 3 hours or so. Feeling pretty good, a little sore but I'm dealing with it.

1 slight filling. Dentist said it almost wasn't worth it, but just to make sure.

17 years old, brush twice a day, no floss, drink soda a couples time a week.
