Okay, here's the situation. I have 2 missing labs in my cooking class, and I need to make them up to get an A, since I need a GPA boost and I will get sorely laughed at if I got a "B" in food production. Therefore, I have a chance to make them up by bringing something in to cook tomorrow. Now, since I actually have to put some effort into it, I want to make something half decent and edible while getting an "A" at the same time. My problem lies in trying to figure out something to make, so I come to AT for suggestions.
I'm thinking about making some sort of entree, so that I don't have to get lunch, or perhaps a sheet of cookies. Now, before you guys suggest Lobster Thermidor or Beef Wellington, keep this in mind: Whatever i'm cooking has to be able to be cooked in under 45 minutes, can't be really expensive, and should be relatively easy/simple to make. I'm not bringing in a 5 pound bag of boneless skinless chicken breasts or a prime rib or a wheel of gouda in my backpack. I'm really hoping there will be some ATOT people who can cook something besides grilled cheese with a laundry iron.
