Yup!

And, chicken meat balls are quite nice, but beef is much better.

I normally added chop onion and a table spoon of flour to my batter when making meat ball to give it more structures and sweetness.

Yes, burgers, chili, etc. Although I prefer ground turkey as a substitute for ground beef.

i usually pick a recipe or dish id like

then buy the ingredients

havent used ground chicken, but its as good as ground beef. meatballs, burgers, *might* be good as a substitute in a meatsauce.

i would have gone with turkey, more flavor.

1 can Bush's Chilli Starter
1 can diced tomatos
1/2 chopped onion

The recipe calls for ground beef, but you can substitute the chicken. Chicken chilli, voila.
