I think it's a juvinile coopers hawk or a juvenile Goshawk they both sound practically the same but the mommy is a big'un and she tried to eat my cat

Well, big is just an observation, they are so far up in the tree

Poor bastard fell out of its nest and landed on the ground, I thought a wing was broken but it immediately flew onto the fence and then back up into the tree
