I work the night shift, and it is the loneliest time on the ATOT forums. Hurry and wake up for my entertainment.

Lay down your sweet and weary head. Night is falling - you have come to journeys end.
Sleep now, and dream of the ones who came before.

I'm not on night shifts right now, but I'm off. My body's natural clock is practically night shift mode anyway.

It's 2am, debating on if I should try to go to bed, or if I should go to timmy's. Roll Up The Rim started. :D

Dude you're in Cananda. I hear they have awesome maple syrup. If I were you I'd go get me some greasy breakfast, that's never a bad idea at 2AM. Go to Denny's, or your Canuck equivalent of Denny's. Denn-eh's.

At this time about the only thing open is Tim Horton's, and a poutine place most people do not normally want to order from, but if you're stuck, you do. (usually if drunk :p ).

Mmmmmm Donut. Could go for one right now.

Pretty much runs all my home stuff. File storage, DNS, email, and lots of VMs for misc stuff like p2p/torrents, VPN etc. Also have some home automations stuff. Want to expand on that system though. It actually looks more involved than it is, but the way it's setup there's tons of room to expand such as adding more VMs, more devices around the house etc... without doing any major changes.

How much storage do you have for media? I happen to have two 12TB terra stations I need to set up...but my damn young kids will probably wreck it. You can't go wrong with 3 TB's of Spongebob and Pokemon.

Actually don't have that much, about 19TB actual between 2 raid 10's and 1 raid 5. 36TB total if I just go by the total drives advertised amount and don't count raid.

Nice thing with my setup is it can easily be expanded though. I have 24 bays in my file server. I could probably get another enclosure if I needed to and do iSCSI or something to add more drives. I'd like to eventually look at ZFS instead of mdraid too.

I need to get out of my current job so I can have some stability as far as living arrangements. That way I can dedicate a room to my hobbies. I'm thinking a dedicated dark room with a cockpit simulator and whack shack. Also slurpee machine. Because SLUURRRPEEEEEEs.
