I figured most other ones out, and for these I kind of get what they mean based on the context they are used in. But what do they stand for exactly?

There's a website where people post links from sometimes, and the links are usually ytmnd.(insert whatever here).com. At the main website, you can upload a picture and audio clip, and occasionally the combination is rather funny.
