i love coffee, but starting this year i have decided to give it up completely

the amount of coffee i consume, its seriously screwing up my digestive system 🙁
 
I have started using Splenda. Used to use Equal but Splenda has much less of an aftertaste. And cream or milk.

Been drinking coffee for over 25yrs. Could never give it up. Would never want to.

Lite sugar, less than teaspoon/cup and lite milk/cream/half & half. Three cups per day, usually only on work days. Rarely any any other times.
 
Usually BLACK if I make it myself, and STRONG!!!

If I buy it at a coffee shop, Mocha.

However in honor of the new year, today I'm putting in a shot or two of Baileys!
