On a 17" Samsung CRT and a trinitron in the closet. The trinitrons are still great but you gotta check out the newer monitors, I recently compared them back to back and the syncmaster 753df I own has much more vibrant colors.

damn, you aussies really do live in the stone age.... I gave up my 19' trinitron-tubed goodness for a 17" NEC and now a Samsung 19" LCD
I really want a 24" inch LCD display![]()

I only have a screen 55% larger than the OP, is a 23" CRT close enough to be in the club?

hey, i think my dual 17'CRTs are pretty sweet
Until i'm satisfied that LCDs are close to CRTs for gaming i'm in no great hurry, it will mean i'll have to replace my  9800 pro as well...

Well I just got my mom a better monitor than mine... 8ms response time.. it is, as Paris Hilton would put it, HOT!http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824001185
My monitor is a lowly NEC 17" with 16ms and I have yet to see the blur. My 9800Pro handles the dvi no sweat.
CRT's are nice but put out way too much heat.
P.S. I just got another 19" Samsung... but is in only 25ms response time... still a really nice monitor. I think I will do the dual thing with it.
