Atomic Clock

Looking for a good freeware Atomic clock for Win2k and XP-Pro. I am always getting aced out on my E-Bay bids by being too late to re-bid. I used to see an official time on e-bay, but do not see it anymore.

2k: from the command prompt net time /setsntp:timeservername
xp: Double click on the clock and select the internet time tab. Enter your timerservername.

For 'timerservername', I'm currently using time.nist.gov.
