I think it's pretty cool looking (spot on scaling). A bit pricey ($1-2k), but you're paying for the design obviously. Slot loading DVD and two USB's in the front, everything else in the back. 65W inverter/power brick.
 
I want to actually put a SFF PC in my real car. I'm just not sure what I would do with it yet. Email while driving = bad.
