Atom + GMA 3150 for video playback?

AFAIK yes, but according to Anand if you want to do 480p Flash upscaled to fill your screen, you might run into serious problems, even with dual-core Atom D510.

The guys who responded to my Atom spec thread suggested either a non-Atom machine, or else if I must go Atom then get one with ION, so that's what I did. 480p Flash is a piece of cake, upscaled to any reasonable resolution. I can even play Blu-ray on that thing flawlessly (dual-core Atom 330 with ION).
