$108.12 - 5% live cash + shipping - SIZZLE15 code.

Seems like a good deal. its $129.99 - live cash at newegg and out of stock. The single core version at newegg actaully costs $109.99 + shipping...

For me newegg shipping is less like $13.xx vs $20 at ewiz (for me anyway). But ewiz live cash is 5% instead of 2.5%.

That said seems reasonably cheap. shipping seems to be about $20-25 (the lower range is pretty absurd, since i'm 30 miles away from ewiz) which is high, but it does cost $22 less than newegg and every other store on the internet to begin with.

That said its still a good deal cheaper than anywhere else on the net in total. Single core version at ewiz is $15 less at $93.84 before live cash.

If the price changes, order it at night. Ewiz messes with their prices during the daytime hours for some reason.

SIZZLE15 added for $15 off. Apparently the price of this during daytime hours is $119.00

WTF is wrong with ewiz. anyway , buy it after 7 PST.

THis is a damn good deal. I am very much tempted....

BTW, add in coupon code SIZZLE15 for another 15 off!

EDIT: $20 for shipping! WTF?

This is a pretty damn good deal.

Looks like a nicer box than the MSI Wind PC on Newegg for less money.

Can anyone confirm that this does not have Gigabit ethernet? This will dash my hopes in using it as a low cost server.

The Foxconn Spec Sheet shows 10/100M LAN by Realtek® RTL8101E.

I really wish they would update these Atom based products. Get away from the 945 chipset and include HDMI built in, or even ditch the PCI/Com/Parallel/PS2 ports and give me a PCI-E x16 slot. Would make for an excellent mini-itx media player for a TV.

I don't see digital out pins on the motherboard, otherwise this would make a perfect music server: passively cooled, 3.5" HD.

Definitely, with hardware accelerated decoding this would be a nice HTPC box.

You can get all of these things, but not for $87.

That's pretty cheap. Case goes for around $50 by itself.

I was wondering, those of you who are getting this or are excited about the deal, what is the intended use? Simply a small form-factor desktop or did you have something else in mind?
Thanks.

I'm thinking about this for the GF. Add a 30gb SSD, a cheap stick of 2gb memory, and she's got a nice little system (email, web browsing, etc) that should be very quiet and consume very little power.

I actaully am not getting one. if it was gigabit i'd have used it as a nas.

It would make a great 2nd computer or something it seems, but it seems its fairly limited since it has no digital ports to be say a htpc.

the gigabit thing really sucks since the intel board has it.

I wouldn't say I'm excited about it, but I'm considering it because I'm still in the mindset where I like to have a desktop running consistently so I can pop on and do something whenever I feel like it.

Checking email in the morning before work, leaving a download client running with the stuff piping to a NAS, remoting in to work when I'm on-call, or even just for visitors to use cause I don't want them fiddling with my laptop.

Cananyone get the SIZZLE15 code to work? It's telling me that it expired. Would love to reduce some of the shipping cost. thanks.

What I have read is that the onboard video is lacking. It isn't capable of doing 1080p. Is there a low power pci graphics card that can do that? Also, the case appears to be incredibly tight. Are there any single slot passively cooled cards out there?

I wouldn't count on the PCI bus being able to handle the bandwidth.

Any ITX system without integrated graphics or a PCI-Express slot kills the appeal for me.
