I need to rent a car tonight desperately. Problem is I am only 19. Does anyone know if there is anywhere possible that I can rent from?
 
Look in the phonebook for car rental and call some small rental companies you've never heard of. You're not going to get a car from big chains like Hertz, National and such since they have 25 and above policy.
 
Just walk around until you find a car you want to "rent". Make sure to leave a note saying when/if you'll be bringing it back. 😛
