I just heard on CNN that the man who disrupted the airport in Atlanta is only being charged with Disorderly Conduct.No federal charges.

It'd be a good start.. Even before Sept 11 it would have been really crazy to try and run through security. He's lucky that one of the national guardsmen wasn't nearby to shoot his ass as he ran.

Uh hello? Even the link you gave says the guy was dressed in shorts and a short and was carrying a small suitcase. They have never said he was naked on the news.
