Due to the large increase in popularity of the Adkins diet I would
like to post a Link
for a good website for information.

This is the best I have found... and no I do not own it and I am not a mod there.

Those of you ( some come to mind ) with an attitude that Atkins is bad..... please post..
your concerns will be adressed.

Those of you on the diet... or considering it... NEED to be there.

If you wanna flame me... fine... do it on the low carb board... you may learn a thing or two.

This is my last post on the subject. Mods please dont lock.
