ATItool problems

I used it to set the clock rates, but weird stuff happens. For one I start EQ2 and it closes with no error unless I shut down ATItool. It also seems to drop down to other pofiles without asking. I'll start a game in one profile and when I check it at the end it's in another, like defualt.

Am I going crazy?
