atitool 0.0.16 is out

Oh man this almost screwed up my vid card for good... my vid card doesn't artifact on that program until 380mhz mem... but my windows showed these weird lines that took 30 minutes of cool down time to heal. THANK GOD nothing permanent happened... lol be advised it's artifact detector is pretty lenient..
