I got an RMA number from ATI for my noisy, rattling, dying fan on a 9600 Pro, but they say after they receive it, it could take 10 days or more before they send something back to me. My computer can't be out for that long or I'll probably end up failing all my courses. 
Has anyone experienced their service for fans? How long did it take? I'm in Canada so hopefully that will help, but if it's anything more than a few days, it's gonna be tough for me.
Think they might consider cross-shipping if I called them about it? But I'm guesing for a fan problem they'd just replace the fan and not the card.
